ORIGINAL ARTICLE

General requirements

  1. All manuscripts are typed in 12 point font size and double-spaced and saved as MS Word file.
  2. Any text that identifiesme as the author or my affiliation is deleted from the title page and manuscript text.
  3. The Title does not include abbreviations.
  4. A running head is less than 50 characters.
  5. Manuscripts include Abstract, Key Words, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, (Acknowledgments), References,Table(s), Figure(s) in the order listed.

Abstract

  1. The abstract is less than 250 words and includes the following sections: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  2. Key words (up to 6 words) are chosen according to Index Medicus.

Text

  1. The text is organized into Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, (Acknowledgments), References.
  2. The Introduction presents background and purpose of this study.
  3. The Materials and Methods section provides information on permission obtained from my affiliation and from patients for a humantrial or animal testing.
  4. All tables and figures are provided in English, and all abbreviations were explained.
  5. All tables and figures are cited in the text in order.
  6. All tables are included in the text file, and all fi gures are submitted as a separate file in ‘jpg’ or ‘gif ’.
  7. The Discussion section is not a summary of results but describes new and important findings without any duplicate contents.

References

  1. References are arranged in numerical order according to the sequence of citations in the text. For regular journal, the names of all authors (up to 6) are listed in the reference list, and the abbreviation of et al. is used when authors exceeds 6. The article title is followed by the journal title, the year of publication, volume number and page range. The list of references includes the statement saying, “Author(s) ensures the accuracy of all the references.”
  2. All references are cited in the text as numbers within brackets in the same order they appear in a reference list.

CASE REPORT

General requirements

  1. All manuscripts are typed in 12 point font size and double-spaced and saved as MS Word file.

  3. The Title does not include abbreviations.
  4. A running head is less than 50 characters in English.
  5. Manuscripts should include Abstract, Key Words, Introduction, Case Report, Discussion, (Acknowledgments), References, Table(s), Figure(s) in the order listed.

Abstract

  2. Key words (up to 6 words) are chosen according to Index Medicus.

Text

  1. The Introduction section presents background and purpose of this study.
  2. All tables and figures are provided in English, and all abbreviations were explained.
  3. All tables and figures are cited in the text in order.
  4. All tables are included in the text file, and all figures are submitted as a separate file in ‘jpg’ or ‘gif ’.

References
